B: Mechanical part

Bottle guide mechanism: Double coordinate adjustable anti scratch stop strip.

Bottle splitting mechanism: Japanese Panasonic motor, controllable silicon speed control.

Round bottle mechanism: Rolling label type mechanism, motor power, suitable for labeling the entire body of single label round bottles.

2、 ENKB-09 Machine Features:

A: The host adopts two technologies from our company:

1) Double pressure roller labeling is beneficial for improving labeling accuracy

Due to the active roller rolling of the label before labeling, it is beneficial to eliminate label wrinkles, improve labeling quality, and reach the end of the last label.

2) The two-stage swing rod spring type label delivery clutch, with an additional belt brake, achieves high-speed constant tension label delivery.

B: Explanation of local performance:

1) Due to the adoption of multiple technologies and the high-performance execution component - small inertia servo motor, the system uses a professional programmable controller from Siemens in Germany to control the servo motor in a closed-loop manner. The advanced and friendly human-machine interface system is used to achieve human-machine dialogue. The host can achieve an accuracy level of 0.01 meters per minute in the control process of the marking speed, instead of the 1 meter per minute of a typical machine, In this regard alone, this machine has improved two accuracy levels; In terms of speed, this machine adopts a 750W Japanese Yaskawa high-power small inertia servo motor, and the marking speed can be adjusted in any numerical range between 0.5-40 meters/minute to match the production speed of the customer's production line, thus achieving true high-speed labeling.

C: Performance comparison between ENKB-09 labeling machine and several other models:

1) This labeling machine uses a small inertia servo motor, while most labeling machines still use a stepper motor.

2) This labeling machine adopts PLC control instead of ordinary microcontroller control.

D: Conveying mechanism: imported AC motor, frequency converter for speed regulation.

A high-power AC motor, coupled with a large capacity frequency converter for speed regulation, ensures stable bottle delivery speed and improves labeling accuracy; During the labeling process of this machine, the position of the photoelectric switch for measuring objects can be adjusted to achieve zero delay. Therefore, this machine can achieve zero spacing labeling and improve the labeling speed. In the past, most labeling machines used the photoelectric switch for measuring objects to remain stationary and adopted delay control. That is, when the photoelectric switch for measuring objects sends a signal, the system delays the labeling. However, if there is a change in the system voltage or the load of the conveying mechanism during this process, Then there will be a deviation in the labeling position of the label.

E: Labeling agency:

2) The single machine price requires connection to the front and rear production lines, and an additional front and rear transition bottle clamping mechanism is required, with additional costs.

3) This machine is only suitable for pasting round bottle products.
